the levels of such compounds as TNF-alpha and interleukin-12, which mediate inflammation
reactions. Its ability to block histamine release makes Tiliroside a powerful ingredient for
cosmetics for all skin types, in cases of high sensitivity. The Horse Chestnut extract exerts an
anti-inflammatory and anti-edematous action, improves micro-circulation by strengthening
the capillary walls, activates the drawing out of excessive fluid from the intercellular matrix.

Application method
